Status of this document
This is a product implementation placeholder and not a final legal agreement. Engage qualified counsel before accepting vendors, charging customers, or operating across jurisdictions.
Marketplace role
The final agreement must identify whether PlugPlayground or each vendor is the seller, who contracts with customers, who bears tax and consumer-law responsibilities, and which payment flows apply.
Vendor obligations
Vendors must provide accurate listings, request only necessary permissions, maintain secure services, notify incidents, preserve support channels, comply with published policies, and complete data deletion after uninstall.
Customer administration
Organization administrators control approvals, subscriptions, consent, suspension, and uninstall. Customers are responsible for assessing whether an app is suitable for their own legal, security, and operational requirements.
Enforcement
PlugPlayground may reject, suspend, or revoke apps and vendors where required for security, fraud, policy, legal, payment, or customer-protection reasons, with appeal and audit processes where appropriate.
